Patrick Hayakawa, MPA, is a proven commercial and public sector leader committed to innovation, growth, and establishing lasting, winning partnerships to solve pressing human needs.He has 15 years experience leading commercial success at the intersection of private enterprise, public sector, and innovative technology.After seeing the difficulty technology companies faced with effective customer acquisition, he founded Fast River Communications to guide executives in creating and implementing repeatable sales processes that deliver consistent results, with a focus on gov-tech and B2B products and services.

As VP of Sales at Sycamore International, he served as a player-coach, spearheading net-new partnerships while leading an industry-leading sales team to deliver incredible value and satisfaction among the many schools, governments, and corporations that rely on Sycamore for secure and sustainable IT asset disposal.

Prior to his commercial roles, Patrick led technology-based economic development strategy for the Chester County Economic Development Council, a public-private partnership in the heart of Pennsylvania's largest tech corridor and the state's most prosperous county. In this role he oversaw business development and workforce development services for technology companies of all sizes--including forming and growing partnerships among the many state, local, and federal offices and private sector partners integral to those companies' success, securing tens of millions of dollars in direct economic impact during his tenure.
